FIRST STEP

SECOND STEP

Product, Pattern, Color, Size Selection

We evaluate together the patterns, colors, and sizes of the products you have previously ordered or plan to order (such as leggings, crop tops, shapewear, underwear, activewear, etc.). After understanding your needs, our professional team advises you on which yarns are suitable for your product.

THIRD STEP

R&D (Product Design and Sampling Process)

R&D is our core business. Our team continuously monitors and designs your products with innovative, up-to-date fabrics. As we focus on comfort, we provide you with information and updates.

FOURTH STEP

Production Process

Approved and ordered products are produced on the production line with great care. Our Quality Control team monitors the production every hour to ensure excellent products.

FIFTH STEP

Dyeing Process

We usually determine the color based on the Pantone color scale. Before the dyeing process, we conduct laboratory work. Three different shades of your desired color are presented, and you choose the color you prefer. Our lab personnel work to achieve the perfect color. Before entering the dyeing stage, products undergo quality control again.

SIXTH STEP

Sewing and Garment Manufacturing

Products are hand-sewn on sewing machines. During the sewing process, quality control personnel continuously observe on the lines to ensure excellent stitching craftsmanship.

SEVENTH STEP

General Quality Control and Metal Detector

All products undergo general quality control. Here, extensive checks for knitting and sewing errors are conducted under high-intensity lighting. After that, the products go through the first metal detector, where any broken needles or metal objects are checked.

EIGHTH STEP

Packaging, Accessories, Barcode, etc.

After the products are knitted, dyed, and sewn, they are prepared for sale according to your specifications. Packaging, hang tags, barcodes, price lists, etc., are all prepared and ready.

FINAL STEP

DELIVERY
